99% Uptime Guarantee - If our servers are down more than 1% of the month, you'll recieve 20% off of your hosting charge for that month on your next bill.

30 day Money Back Guarantee - If you are unhappy with the quality of our hosting services, we will refund the cost of your first month's hosting charge. A written request must be submitted to Absolute Motion by the 30th day of us hosting your site. Setup fees are not included.

Billing - All of our customers will be billed monthly on the first of each month. If a customer signs up in the middle of the month, we will pro-rate the charges for that partial month.

Late Payment - Customers that are more than 30 days late paying their bill will subject to a 2.5% late fee. We also reserve the right to lock a customer's account after being more than 30 days late on payment.

Returned Checks - We charge an additional $15 returned check fee for any returned checks.
